WARRANTY TERMS
Subject to qualifying conditions, INSIST® provides a limited warranty for all of its products. For available information on your limited warranty, please refer to the following FAQs:

1)What is a valid proof of purchase?
For any Limited Warranty, a valid proof of purchase is required. Valid proof of purchase is defined as one of the following:
• Dated sales invoices from the authorized INSIST® distributors or agencies, and the invoice must display the product description and price.
• The order number from the INSIST® authorized sales e-commerce sites.
Some examples of invalid proof of purchase are:
• The UPC barcode on the box.
• The actual product picture.
• Authenticity statement.
• Receipt from an unauthorized INSIST® distributor.
• Receipt from the online auction site and clearing organization.
• Receipts or order numbers from non-INSIST® authorized e-commerce sites and agents.
• Cancelled Check.
• Credit card bill.
NSIST® reserves the right to take any action to protect itself from all forms of suspicious claims, including, without limitation, further verification of identity, claim details and procurement qualifications, to eliminate such suspicious claims.
2)What if I do not have proof of purchase?
If you purchased directly from JD.com, we may have a record of your purchase and can find it for you. You just need to tell us the order number. If you do not have an order number, we may be able to find it with your name, address and e-mail address.
If you purchased from an INSIST® distributor or agent, please contact the distributor or agent to see if they can provide a copy of your invoice. They often archive your purchase history and can provide you with a copy of the invoice.
If the product is a gift, it is recommended that you request the donor to provide you with an invoice. If it is not appropriate to ask for an invoice, and they are able to process the limited warranty for you, you can ask them to do so.
3)Why does INSIST® require valid proof of purchase?
INSIST® must confirm that the product is in the appropriate limited warranty period. We also need to verify that the product is purchased from authorized distributors of INSIST® products.
Products purchased from unauthorized distributors are often used, forged, repackaged, defective, or parallel imported. The design and packaging of these goods may not apply to your country and do not comply with safety regulations. INSIST® cannot guarantee a limited warranty on products that are not purchased from authorized distributor or products that are beyond the limited warranty period. If you purchased the product from an unauthorized distributor, all support and limited warranty issues should be submitted to the distributor.
INSIST® appropriately develops these policies to protect the interests of our valued customers and distributors.
4)Who are authorized to sell INSIST ® products?
Please refer to the list of authorized INSIST® distributors. This link is often updated with new distributors. So if you have questions about whether or not your distributor is an authorized one, please contact us.
5)How long is my limited warranty?
You are entitled to obtain INSIST® Limited Warranty support during the following period (from the date of purchase of your product):
New products have a limited warranty listed above. Your warranty may vary depending on local laws in your area. Certain discontinued products and out-of-stock products may have a shorter warranty period, which will be clearly marked at the time of purchase,The Limited Warranty will be made at that time. Factory refurbished products will have a 90-day warranty. If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for INSIST® Limited Warranty support, please contact our technical support team here for clarification.
*If you have purchased an INSIST® G55 mechanical keyboard with extended warranty ( "INSIST® G55 Mechanical Keyboard Extended Warranty"), the warranty period of the INSIST® G55 mechanical keyboard is extended by one year, as a two-year warranty. Conditions and terms for extending warranty terms of INSIST® G55 Mechanical Keyboard will be indicated at the time of purchase. Extended warranty does not apply to the INSIST® G55 mechanical keyboard's other accessories. In addition to extending the warranty period, the extended INSIST® G55 mechanical keyboard warranty does not change any of the limited warranty terms and conditions.

7)What are the terms of a limited warranty? What does it involve?
Limited Product Limited Warranty (Limited Warranty)
LIMITED WARRANTY: INSIST® warrants that the product will not be defective in material and workmanship during the appropriate limited warranty period from the date it is sold, which is based on the terms set forth herein. If the product contains a rechargeable battery, INSIST® does not provide any warranty on battery life. As we all know, all rechargeable batteries will lose a certain charge capacity over time, of course, this will not be identified as product defects. The actual life of your battery depends on how you use it.
Exclusions and Limitations. This limited warranty does not include:
Software includes, but not limited to, (1) the addition of operating systems and software to INSIST® branded hardware products through our plant's integrated system. (2) third-party software (3) reinstallation of the system, software configuration, or any data file.
Non-INSIST® branded products and accessories, even if the packaged and sold products.
Product damage and problems arise from the use of accessories and components not manufactured by INSIST®.
Damages arise from services (including upgrades and extensions) provided by any person who is not an employee, representative, or distributor of the INSIST® Group.
Claims proposed due to any unacceptable use or maintenance of the product, including (without limitation) misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification or repair, unauthorized commercial use, or any product operation beyond the INSIST® recommended parameter.
Claims arise from external causes include, but are not limited to, accidents, natural disasters, liquid contact, fire or earthquakes.
Any serial number or date stamp on the product is altered, erased or removed.
Products that INSIST® cannot charge for.
Surface damage, minor surface deformities (including small pixel anomalies), and natural wear, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, and blemishes.
INSIST® does not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted or error-free during operation. As for all software, third-party products, and accessories provided under these Terms and Conditions, you shall assume full risk in respect of quality, performance, accuracy, product impact, and any demonstrable defect. Instead of INSIST®, you shall bear all the costs for all necessary services and repairs.
Remedies for Limited Warranty: INSIST® will, at its sole discretion, if it receives the appropriate requirements for a limited warranty within the appropriate limited warranty period:(a) (a) repair the product or defective part using new or refurbished replacement parts for free; (b) provide an online INSIST® store coupon with a value equal to the retail price of the product; or (c) replace the product with a new product that is at least as functional as the original product or that is manufactured with new or durable old parts. Products that need repair are not repaired but replaced by the same type of refurbished parts that can be used to repair the product. INSIST® has the absolute right to confirm whether it has a right to claim and whether the product is defective. If the product is a "discontinued" product model, INSIST® may (at its discretion) replace the product with a functional equivalent replacement product from INSIST®'s current product range. INSIST® may, at its discretion, provide any other type of remedies to supplement or substitute such remedies. Repaired or replaced products shall be without any defects within 90 days after the repair or replacement (as the case may be) or within the remaining time of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.
No Warranty: All implied warranties for merchantability or other particular purpose are limited to the duration of the warranty period. We are not liable for all other express or implied terms, representations and warranties, including any implied warranties of non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that may be granted to you by the jurisdiction. Suppliers, distributors, agents, or employees of INSIST® do not have the right to change or extend this Limited Warranty or to make any representations. INSIST® is entitled to modify this Limited Warranty without notice at any time.
Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, INSIST® will not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits or special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages (excluding personal injury) in any way, including but not limited to any losses arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions in any way under any theory of liability, regardless of whether INSIST® has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The above limitation shall apply to the damages for which the basic purpose of any warranty and remedies is not achieved, and some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion, limitation attachment or corresponding damages. So the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

If the product does not work properly after using this resource, please contact us at http://www.insist-gaming.com/Customer-Service/, or you can contact your authorized distributor or retailer directly. You may be asked to assist the diagnostic process to verify and identify any problems with the product. Service options, availability of parts and response time may vary, depending on the limited warranty statement in your country or region.
How do I make a claim for a Limited Warranty?
Please visit http://www.insist-gaming.com/Customer-Service/index.php?l=en to confirm the nearest iNSIST® service site from you. You can choose the following two ways to claim, one is to bring the product and purchase vouchers to INSIST® after-sales service site by yourself; the second is to send products to iNSIST® after-sales service site by mail, with valid proof of purchase and reasons for repair. Please send your valid proof of purchase and product to the nearest iNSIST® service site.
Do not send any products that do not meet the limited warranty requirements.
We recommend that you choose a traceable mode of transport (e.g. SF, EMS, and STO). Any cost for making claim under the limited warranty shall be borne by the claimant (including shipping costs for products returned to INSIST®, all applicable tariffs, taxes of claims, etc.). If your product is returned to INSIST® in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty, INSIST® is responsible for mailing the packaged product to you (but excluding any customs charges, duties, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring that the reworked product is properly packaged and you shall take all risks of loss or damage caused by any unreasonable packaging. INSIST® is not liable for loss and damage to the products mailing to INSIST® during the transportation. In the event that procedures specified herein are not complied with, INSIST® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the returned the product.
Returned items are not included in the limited warranty.
If INSIST® receives your product that does not comply with this warranty, including, but not limited to, (a) products without valid proof of purchase (b) products beyond the limited warranty (c) do not have the defects described in this Limited Warranty. You may have to bear the cost of assessment, freight for returning and handling charges, and you will be responsible for some reasonable fees to be paid by INSIST® to deliver the product to you.
Software/data backup. Product repairing may result in data loss. You are fully responsibility to return the product after completion of backup of all the existing data, software and programs within the product, or to receive technical support from INSIST®, including telephone support. INSIST® shall not be liable for loss and recovery of data, software and program as well as lose of using the product. In any case, even INSIST® technicians are trying to help you recover your backup or provide similar service, INSIST® will not be liable for any loss of data, software or programs as such assistance is beyond the scope of this Limited Warranty. If service is conducted according to this limited warranty, your product is likely to be returned to the configuration at the time of purchase. So please pay attention to update, and you are responsible for reinstallation of all other data, software, and programs.
Consumer Protection Law
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. In your country, province, or city, there may be other applicable legal rights, INSIST® will not exclude, restrict, or terminate your legal rights granted by laws other than Consumer Protection Law. In order to fully understand your rights, you can learn about other laws applicable to your country, province, or city.
In short, this limited warranty applies only to the originally purchased products, rather than the resold ones. This limited warranty is valid only in the original country (mainland China), and if the product is shipped internationally by an authorized distributor, the original country should be the distributor's delivery point. This Warranty is subject to the laws of the country in which the product was originally purchased and the legal interpretation is provided. No distributors, agents or employees shall be authorized to modify, expand or make attachment to this Limited Warranty. If any provision of this limited warranty is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
