Currently, we make shipment to the following countries or regions.

2-year Limited Warranty
As for all products purchased through the official website of INSIST, we will be responsible for the replacement with new products if quality problem of the product itself occurs appears within two years from the date of purchase.
If you have a problem with your INSIST product, or if you have difficulty in downloading or installing the driver, please click the link below to submit your problem. In order to serve you better, please make an accurate description of the product itself and the problems. You can also use and test your product on other computers that do not have any drivers installed. This helps us to determine whether the root cause of the problem lies in the quality of the product itself, or in the computer or compatibility. At the same time, please inform our support staff of the test results, the support staff will reply within a workday.

INSIST Returns and Refund Policy:
Our policy on returns and refunds is limited to products purchased directly from the INSIST Online Store. The refund procedure shall meet the conditions described in this document and must be activated within 30 days of receipt date. For return and refund information related to products purchased from other retailers, please contact these retailers directly.
In order to guarantee a full refund at the purchase price of the product (excluding the postage and handling charges associated with the first delivery of the product), you must contact INSIST Technical Support Department (insistgears@gmail.com) within 30 days of receipt of the above product and obtain the number of Return Material Authorization (RMA), and then return the product to INSIST in its original packaging and original status. Please note that the RMA number must be marked on the outer packaging surface of the returned product. If you have delivered the product to the carrier and have taken all necessary steps to ensure delivery of the product to INSIST, including the payment of the postage required to return the product to INSIST, we will consider allowing you to return the above product to INSIST. We recommend that you choose a traceable delivery method (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS priority).
When INSIST receives the returned product, the risks associated with the product are solely the responsibility of INSIST; INSIST is not responsible for the loss of goods during shipping back to INSIST. Within 45 days of receipt of the returned product, INSIST will refund to you the amount of purchase (minus the shipping and handling charges associated with the delivery of the product for the first time). In the event that the procedures described in this document are not followed, INSIST shall have the right to accept returns in accordance with the conditions determined by INSIST itself.
